JM FIT SWISS is run by Mohamad Jamali, an IFBB pro bodybuilder with international competition results. Alongside in-person training in Birsfelden near Basel, there's also an online option. The monthly packages include a fixed number of sessions and cover nutrition guidance.
Every session is individually programmed. The offer targets busy people who don't want to waste time on inefficient training. Content is available in German and English.
