CrossFit St. Gallen is located at Zürcherstrasse 162 and puts the focus on functional training and community. Three formats are available, and they combine well, a 60-minute group class for all levels with coach guidance, individually coached training for individuals and groups, and Open Gym with free access to the equipment.
No prior experience is required. New members are met where they stand and guided step by step through the movements. The box holds Qualicert certification, and the website is in German.
