Mahanajim is easy to reach from around Zurich, whether you're coming from Oerlikon, Dielsdorf, Regensdorf or Bülach. The course lineup runs from classic boxing and Muay Thai through kickboxing and MMA to specialized self-defense courses for women, kids and security personnel. Climbing and acrobatics round out the training program.
The in-house combat sports shop sells gear at checked prices. Members can sign up for one course or several at once, depending on their membership plan.
