IMPACT started out in 2021 as a Krav Maga school and added a professional MMA background in 2023. Today MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ, boxing and fitness kickboxing all sit on the timetable at both the Zurich and Winterthur locations. The approach is inclusive: age, gender and fitness level don't matter when it comes to signing up.
The coaching team combines self-defense expertise with competition experience. Anyone training for a specific fight will find structured MMA sessions modeled on the UFC approach, while those who want to mix fitness and technique are well served by the fitness kickboxing classes.
