CrossFit Zug

CrossFit Zug is located at Bösch 41 in Hünenberg in the canton of Zug, has been running since 2012 by its own account, and is QualiCert certified. Across roughly 500 square meters, about twelve CrossFit classes run each week, alongside Open Gym with 24-hour access.

The wider offering includes HYROX, mobility, personal training and CrossFit Kids. On top of that there's swim instruction at the Rotkreuz outdoor pool and postpartum recovery classes. Newcomers get a free No-Sweat Intro, a roughly 30-minute conversation, with two to three sessions a week recommended to start. Behind the training stands a team of eleven coaches, and class booking runs through the Wodify app.
