BIONIC covers a wide stretch of German-speaking Switzerland with its studios. Anyone living or working in Zürich, Lucerne or Zug will find a location nearby. The trial session includes a personal fitness check, goal setting and a full EMS session.
The training philosophy is built on electrical muscle stimulation without added weights. That makes the sessions easy on the joints and suitable for people who can't do classic strength training, or only in a limited way.
