Athletikschmiede Luzern

Athletikschmiede works with teams from different sports, which gives the coaching a broad methodological base. Individual athletes benefit from the experience Daniela Mühlebach has gathered working with FC Zürich's youth programs and other high-performance squads.

The goal is for athletes to become more capable and improve their movement quality, so they stay injury-free over the long term. Outdoor training sessions complement the regular athletic work. The location is Luzernstrasse 36C in Oberkirch.
